Building Work

Customer had a old UPVC Conservatory with a Polycarbonate Roof. After year's of continued issue's with the box guttering leaking it was time for a change. 

 We fitted the Kingspan insulation in between the timber joist's. We also used tile Latte timber's vertical to counter batten above our timber roof joist's to create ventilation for our roof to work and not create moisture. 

 Vented Soffits and Fascia Board's in Anthracite Grey. All plastering, electrics, new timber floor, skirting board's, window board's, plumbing and new soil pipe in black were completed for this Extension.

All Building Control Passed and Signed off.
